So i was in not one but twoKinyarwandan music videos!
Claire's friend Ally, who's friend Mike asked Claire and I to be in his video. We had already laughed off the idea of being background dancers for Ally at the concert, so this idea was also very amusing. Well this turned into me starring as the muzungu girlfriend in Mikes video and then Ally's girlfriend who seemed to be breaking his heart in his video, not hundred percent sure what he was singing/rapping as the lyrics were in Kinyrwandan, so it involved me gazing into his eyes pretending i understood what he was rapping to me.
In Mikes video i was a girl alone at a bar and then he arrives lookin like Neyo in a suit and im all happy and then i leave bar after a moment of hands grazing past eachother and a look of sheepishness.
So then towards the end of the video i felt like i was in an advert for malaria, lying under a mozi net all sudductively.
I want to take this moment in time to thank my makeup artist, hair stylist and wardrode for all their support and encouragement, Thanks Clairey hehehe.
